Town Mountain Estates (TME) is located on top of Town Mountain. It is a beautiful wooded residential neighborhood nestled between downtown Asheville, NC and the Blue Ridge Parkway. TME is just minutes from the center of Asheville and the scenic parkway. Residents here enjoy mountain living with stunning mountain views, exquisite sunrises, breathtaking sunsets, and fog filled mornings. One of the unique aspects of living in Town Mountain Estates is that owners share this natural environment with local wildlife including wild turkeys and bears.
TME is more than a neighborhood, it is a strong community where fellow neighbors look out for one another. On any given day you will meet a neighbor walking a dog or taking a stroll who will stop and talk for a while. Social events have included outdoor potluck barbeque and outdoor classical music concerts. Residents work together to maintain the neighborhood roads and common gardens. Many of the neighbors have served on the volunteer homeowner’s association for years and devoted time and energy to give back to the neighborhood and community that is loved by all the residents.
